We are proud to be safely welcoming customers back to The Grafton to enjoy your favourite high street brands and local independents. The teams are ready to welcome you back with open doors (not arms for now) and smiles (behind their masks of course).

Store hours may be different to before, so please check here ahead of your visit.

It may have been a while since we saw you last, but rest assured the health and safety of our retailers, visitors and centre teams is paramount and we have a variety of measures in place to ensure your experience is as welcoming and comfortable as possible.

This includes:

• Appropriate signage has been installed throughout the centre to help guide our customers to adhere to and maintain safe distancing.
• Hand sanitiser stations will be available at key locations near the entrances of the centre.
• Centre security and cleaning teams will follow a strict hygiene regime.
• Please remember to wear a face mask whilst in the centre and our stores.

From Monday 17^th May, our Food Social restaurants, as well as VUE Cinema, are back open for you to enjoy, including indoor dining, although this will be at a slightly reduced capacity.
